Qualifications :
Strong development / support expectance in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Python Spring Framework, SQL databases
Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices
zure DevOps / Control-M / Service Now
Experience working across Linux and Windows Active Directory platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
nalytical and problem solving skills
positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on service delivery
Good to Haves :
Cloud based container architecture on Azure and / or AWS
IAM / IGA Product Expertize
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production
Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service
Liaise with stakeholders (tech and business) in problem resolution
Communicate issue / resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management
Minor production bug fixes
Disaster Recovery and Patch testing
Perform Setup / configure tasks related to application onboarding
Perform reconciliation and reporting of identity and access data
ccess review / Audit activity
Project Overview :
Developing and integrating IAM / IGA Products which are built in house or SaaS.
Contractor's Role :
Working in a collaborative team environment helping the team to maintain and build integrations with cloud and on-prem solutions.
Responsible for application configuration and integration, evaluates and makes recommendation on techniques, practices, or technologies that would enhance business needs, also does work to ensure continuous process improvements.
Coding, testing, and debugging application programs from functional specifications
