Hybrid role, Will be required to go into the office 1 day a week

Looking for candidates with very good analytical skills along with a problem solving and troubleshooting background and attitude.
Should be a very approachable resources and should have good experience in customer service within internal users. ( Not a call center role)
This candidate will be handling day to day system administrative / backend task related to the different applications BCBSA uses for e-Procurement and Sourcing (i.e Workday and GEP). So, they will be assisting the users on how to setup user credentials, uploading data in the procurement systems as well as training users on how to use these systems. So, the ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a procurement or sourcing team handling these tasks.
Experience with any procurement or sourcing tool is needed they can have experience with either Workday, salesforce, peoplesoft and (GEP experience is a big big plus). But please make sure they don t have experience as user but on the administrative / backend side handle user and access setup and loading data into these systems.
Must have experience building reports using these systems.
BCBSA has around 200 users so they will be working with different user base.
Training will be provided on the systems BCBSA uses.
Role Requirements:
Needs to have familiarity with interpreting contracts and uploading data into our Procurement system.
Procurement ERP experience
Frontline support for troubleshooting user issues
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and User Guides
Test system updates and changes for front end users
Required Systems-
Excel (Proficient user)
Financial ERP- financial ERP system used is Workday but does not need Workday specific experience (Intermediate)
Sourcing/e-Procurement tool (Intermediate)
