Responsibilities:
Application & Workflow Development:
Build and implement applications and workflows tailored to specific business needs using ServiceNow's scripting capabilities.
Scripting & Automation:
Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Code Optimization:
Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability.
Custom Integration Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom integrations with other systems using ServiceNow APIs.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Plan, execute, and participate in unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., frontend and backend developers) to define API requirements and ensure smooth integration.
Tech Skills :
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications using ServiceNow APIs.
ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
Any module specific CIS certification will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, with expertise in advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
