Job Summary
We are a small but successful manufacturer's rep sales agency with offices across the US. We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support one of its partners in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, outstanding organization ability and is easy going natured. This role is essential for enabling super efficient use of the partner's time and will involve reading/prioritizing email, create follow up emails, track open tasks as well as maintain customer quotation folders.
Duties
- Read / prioritize Partner's incoming email, create tasks, write follow up email responses
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Perform occassional clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Create tasks from meeting notes
- Create quotations and email to customers
- Maintain quotation folders
- Create and maintain forecast files (excel)
Skills
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent clerical skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
