What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED ON-SITE Admin Asst position at Campbell Property Management?
Primary duties
Resident relations including but not limited to work orders, calls and emails.
Maintain calendar of events and meetings
Coordinate between vendors and owners
File and release payment for contracts
Sales and lease application review and approval
Architectural application review and approval
Emotional support animal application review and approval
General duties
Acquire and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures of the association.
Understand the goals of the community, as defined by the board, and assist the property manager to achieve the goals.
Understand, use and contribute to the association’s policies, procedures, practices and programs that are available to support the continuous improvement of property management at the community.
Assist the manager in planning, noticing and conducting elections, board meetings, annual meetings and committee meetings.
Assist in the day-to-day administration of the community, including, but not limited to: Maintenance of the association's files and records
Administer rules and regulations
Mailings and Email Blasts
Unit Owner & Board Member Inquiries and problems
Assisting the manager to help ensure that the maintenance and cleaning of community facilities is performed
Assist the manager in identifying and analyzing alternative solutions to problems that may arise
Respond professionally and timely to inquiries from the manager, the board, residents and others.
Candidate must have understanding of cloud-based services like Google Drive (Sheets and Docs), Dropbox (Dropbox Sign) and use Mac OS
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8a-4p
Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
Salary : $20
