Job Description

Position Title: A La Carte and Banquet Server

Position Summary: The position is responsible for daily food service with a high execution of professionalism and hospitality. Servers will provide premium service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. They will be expected to have a solid understanding of fine dining and table-side service.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

· Adhering to the same standards of service and behavior that peers are required to uphold

· Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor at all times

· Working with peers to meet the needs of the team

· Inspecting service areas prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available

· Knowledge of menu, menu enhancements and preparation methods

· Constant awareness of restaurant flow

· Ability to evaluate guest satisfaction and responsiveness

· Collecting checks and payments for items served

· Continually seek to enhanced knowledge and skills related to service

· Maintaining service areas in a neat clean and orderly manner

· Being attentive to the needs of the members

· General behavior and language

· Maintaining good hygiene and a professional appearance

· Ability to work scheduled hours including, when necessary, holidays and weekends

· Lifting and bending throughout the course of the job
