Tamarack Foods is looking to hire a full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk and Warehouse position. Our Shipping and Receiving Clerk and Warehouse position is responsible for shipping and receiving product, verifying counts and labeling of product, ensuring record keeping and inventories, driving forklifts, putting loads together and maintaining the warehouse equipment.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible to load and unload trucks.
- Verifying counts and ensuring accuracy of warehouse materials.
- Driving Forklift.
- Supplying materials to production lines.
- Keeping records.
- Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance and cleaning on the forklift or other equipment.
- Know and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Desired Background/Experience:
2 years forklift experience, able to lift 50 lbs, experience in inventory and record keeping. Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. High School Diploma or GED.
