adaptable, and hands-on folks to join our team of Geotechnicians. Work alongside experienced geologists, gain practical skills, and embrace the “work hard, play hard” lifestyle.
About the Role:
- Temporary position working in a core shed alongside geologists
- Hands-on experience with mineral deposits and geotechnical processes
- Assists geologist with moving, measuring, and photographing diamond drill core
- Develop the skills needed to transition into a Core Logging Geologist position
- Opportunities to assist with field work such as line cutting, soil sampling, and geological mapping
What We’re Looking For:
- A B.S. in Geology (recent grads encouraged to apply)
- A strong interest in mining geology and fieldwork
- Comfortable with physical labor and working in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Ready to learn and take direction in a fast-paced setting
