Radiology Manager

The Radiology Manager, in collaboration with the Radiology Medical Director, will oversee staff and the daily operations of the Radiology Department. This leader will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Radiology Department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from newborn to elderly. Maintains Quality Improvement standards and participates in Quality Improvement activities.

Oversees Radiology staff and all the of the related Human Resource function to include personnel selection, performance monitoring and appraisal, and competency assessment. This leader will maintain proficiency in clinical care through regular participation in patient care as driven by departmental needs. Formulates the budget to ensure financial performance and department growth. Maintains efficient and effective department operations while requiring compliance with all CMS, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
