Accounts Payable Team Member

About the Job:

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Accounts Payable function for Ashland Medical Center, and Hayward Medical Center, and provides backup to other positions in the accounting department as required.

Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable in PC based software as mandated by industry standards.
• Must be proficient with the REI corporate vendor platform. Or able to become proficient by the end of the probationary period.
• Three years’ experience in healthcare accounting preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting Or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to use office equipment as required by job duties.
• Must be able to backup other positions within the accounting department as required.
