We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Service Associate to join our team at Tamarack Resort. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain a high level of organization, energy, and positivity while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Calculate guest bills accurately and make proper change.
- Maintain effective communication with guests and fellow team members.
- Write down orders clearly and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, property owners, and homeowners.
In order to perform this job successfully, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous work experience in restaurants, and basic arithmetic skills. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and able to articulate a working knowledge of Tamarack Resort.
