About the Department
Project Management is essential to ensuring Tambourine products and services are successfully delivered (e.g., against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained through the application of project management methodologies and business operations.
About the Role
The Project Manager works across multiple disciplines and helps the team do the best work they possibly can. Our client engagements include website design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, CMS implementations, Brand development, and content activation. This person assists in mentoring, training, reporting, and improving project management processes while handling strategic or complex projects. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who values collaboration, takes responsibility for activities they do not have authority over, and is eager to learn and grow with the organization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- QA experience (can be in the form of reviewing websites, marketing materials, or products)
- Client facing experience is a must
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.
- Ability to work on teams as well as individually.
- Ability to adhere to project deadlines.
- Ability to action tasks as assigned.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks.
