Day Porter – Class A Commercial Building

Location : Boca Raton, Florida

Pay : Starting at $14.50 / hour, with opportunities for growth

2 Positions Open : 7am to 4pm & 8am to 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

Your Role :

As a Janitorial Associate at one of our prestigious Class A commercial buildings, you’ll represent TamCare with professionalism, integrity, and pride. You will be responsible for :

Mastering TamCare’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using eco-friendly, green-sealed supplies and equipment.

Performing general cleaning duties to ensure pristine and sanitary conditions, including restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

Conducting basic maintenance tasks such as light drywall repair, painting, and replacing light bulbs.

Utilizing power blowers, pressure washers, and other equipment.

Proactively identifying and reporting any safety concerns, maintenance needs, or property damage.

Collaborating with your supervisor to complete special projects and daily tasks.

What We’re Looking For :

Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Be reliable and possess dependable transportation.

Be able to speak and read English (preferred but not mandatory).

Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and working off ladders.

Pass a federal background check.

Must be able to fill out reports and Logs

Own a smartphone for clocking in / out, receiving work orders, and staying connected.
