About the Job :

TamCare Services, a leader in commercial cleaning and maintenance, is seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Site Supervisor for a Class A commercial building in Boca Raton, FL . This role requires overseeing janitorial operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Shift Schedule :

Monday – Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM
Some Saturdays may be required based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, safety, and service quality.

Train, supervise, and monitor employees to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Implement effective scheduling, supervision, inspection, and material distribution methods.

Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Respond to emergencies (e.g., floods, hurricanes) with flexibility in work hours, including weekends when required.

Manage work section lists and ensure effective task completion.

Utilize smartphones and iPads to conduct inspections and manage schedules.

Inspect and maintain janitorial equipment regularly.

Provide clear verbal and written instructions to staff.

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Fluency in English is required.

Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial building maintenance.

Minimum 2 years of industry experience in floor maintenance, window cleaning, and general cleaning.

Experience using payroll, scheduling, and reporting technologies.

Proficiency in Excel and basic math skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Ability to carry, lift, push, or pull 30 pounds.
