Part-Time Cleaning Tech – Class A Commercial Building

About the Job :

TamCare Services, a leader in commercial cleaning and maintenance, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Tech for a Class A commercial building in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while working in a professional and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier service.

Shift Schedule :

Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM .

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.

Replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory levels to the supervisor.

Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain its proper functioning.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.

Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Must pass a federal background check.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.

Positive, professional attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Physical ability to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.

Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Bilingual candidates (English / Spanish) are a plus.
