The Business Solutions Lead is a strategic and influential role within TAMKO's Customer Interface Systems (CIS) team, tasked with driving clarity and precision in business requirements to enable impactful technology solutions. This role ensures alignment of business outcomes with technology capabilities by translating high-level business goals into detailed, actionable functional requirements. The Business Solutions Lead operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, leveraging industry best practices, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and cutting-edge technologies across TAMKO's GTM platforms.
Reporting to the Digital Strategist, this role collaborates closely with technical leads and external managed services partners to deliver transformational initiatives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning technology solutions with TAMKO's strategic objectives.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, facilitate functional workshops, and develop as-is / to-be process flows to define comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical specifications, bridging communication between business and technical teams.
- Design and optimize business workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization and automation.
- Document and maintain process designs, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Digital Strategist in supporting backlog management, prioritizing features, and defining product vision and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value solutions on-time and within scope.
- Partner with business operations teams, such as Sales Administration and Corporate Process Excellence, to support change management initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and tools to enable business-led adoption efforts, including configuration support and training materials.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during rollouts, ensuring systems are configured to meet user needs.
- Assist business teams in defining and implementing the technological infrastructure needed for tracking KPIs.
- Ensure reporting tools and analytics platforms are properly configured to provide actionable insights, empowering business teams to monitor performance.
- Partner with technical leads to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business outcomes.
- Mentor QA Analysts and business testers, fostering a culture of excellence in QA and User Acceptance Testing.
- Represent business users throughout the development cycle, ensuring that solutions deliver value and address stakeholder needs.
- Provide strategic oversight during deployment phases, ensuring smooth rollouts and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage ambiguous and high-level requirements from non-technical stakeholders and refining them into actionable insights.
- Support the balance between rapid project delivery and long-term process optimization.
- Drive process standardization and maintaining dynamic documentation for evolving business processes.
