TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. This role involves developing strategies to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and engage audiences through content creation, social media management, SEO & SEM, and paid advertising. The specialist will also utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and leverage analytics to improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously optimize marketing efforts, and drive measurable results across all digital channels.

  • Campaign Development & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. 
    • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic. 
    • Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with content creators/influencers to develop engaging and relevant content for blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and landing pages. 
    • Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., to increase brand visibility and engagement. 
    • Email Marketing: Develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring segmentation and personalization for optimal engagement. 
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, QR codes and social media insights. Provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement. 
    • PPC & Display Ads: Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms to drive traffic and conversions. 
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and create targeted marketing campaigns. 
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize digital marketing efforts (landing pages, ads, emails) to improve performance and achieve KPIs. 
    • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.  

 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred; OR equivalent combination of education and 5 plus years of relevant workplace experience
  • Campaign Development & Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engines, social media, and email.
  • SEO & SEM: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Ability to collaborate with content creators and influencers to develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Experience developing, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, QR codes, and social media insights to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reports.
  • PPC & Display Ads: Hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms, focusing on driving conversions and ROI.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM tools to track customer interactions and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Ability to conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to optimize campaign performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay Current with Trends: Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Experience in news media is a plus.
  • Experience in online investigative research.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, including influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with Marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to work well in teams and manage self and others.
  • Previous management and training experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to effectively manage time independently, and able to juggle multiple tasks and keep projects on track.
  • Knowledge of Adobe design products (ie. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital and strategic marketing strategies and tactics.
