TAMKO Building Products, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our facility in Joplin, Missouri. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective planning and execution of all maintenance (mechanical and electrical) activities and assigned projects within the assigned areas. In addition, the Maintenance Manager will lead, manage, and mentor the successful execution of all plant maintenance operations, activities, and personnel to maximize the efficiency and utilization of all assigned equipment and facility assets.

- Performs cost analysis of maintenance budget
- Completes Maintenance or Reliability Projects as needed
- Provides leadership and guidance to department
- Develops training plans for continuous improvement efforts in maintenance
- Liaisons between plant functions and corporate reliability teams
- Performs monthly briefings to company executives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering preferred
- Three to 5 years in a maintenance organization, preferably industrial experience
- Prior experience supervising personnel in industrial environments preferred
- Experience in web-based or textile industry preferred
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills
