The program is comprised of a comprehensive and flexible strategy that allows recent graduates to build upon their educational foundation in order to define, evaluate and achieve a variety of career-related objectives.
Interns are placed within a specific department and encouraged to explore all aspects of the business of professional football through various outreach programs, networking events, and via our Internship Learning Series. Interns will learn from and establish relationships with team executives that will benefit their lives both personally and professionally.
This is a highly competitive internship program with the most elite level of professional sports, the National Football League. The Buccaneers 2023 In-season Internship Program will begin July 17th through the end of the football season. Interns are paid hourly and work roughly 40 hours per week during their internship period. Interns are expected to commit to the full term of the internship.

Core Functions
- Assist with end-user technical support for computer systems, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, mobile devices, phones, and copiers.
- Document, monitor, analyze and resolve technology service requests.
- Assist with maintaining IT asset inventory and data.
- Learn and assist with other aspects of IT: Security, Networking, Cloud administration, Infrastructure, Stadium AV and Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac/Apple, Office 365.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the desire to provide customer service in a prompt and courteous manner
- Strong initiative and drive
- The ability to work long and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to provide your own housing and transportation in the Tampa Bay area.
- The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree
- Microsoft, A and Apple/Mac certifications preferred.

- Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and some away games; may have to work occasional holidays.
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
