Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the office staff
- Manage and maintain office files and documents
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office management, handling various tasks as assigned
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- Maintain accuracy of company programs and systems
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Note: On the Job training is available and will be provided as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
