We’re passionate about problem-solving and ensuring our customers receive support that’s timely, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our sale. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as needed Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer experience and share best practices Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions Support team and provide information about our products and services to new customers Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive commissions Opportunities for career growth within our team Supportive team environment and access to training resources Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance If you’re ready to make an impact by delivering top-notch customer service and boosting sales, apply today! #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
