We are presently hiring for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a
Production Associate who will be responsible for supporting the production process of custom
merchandise including reviewing orders, operating machinery to complete orders, and
preparing orders for final delivery. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail,
the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-
quality products.

When: Monday to Friday; 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Specifically, you will…
? Receive and read order ticket and accurately follow through with instructions.
? Monitor, keep track, and update statuses in our order system.
? Ensure timely and accurate production of orders.
? Collaborate with team members, including training staff to meet production timelines and
customer expectations.
? Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any technical issues to
management.
? Maintain accurate inventory count of in-house supplies.
? Request supplies based on orders and minimum on-hand requirements.
? Receive supplies and enter items into inventory.
? Prepare all items as necessary to complete orders.
? Operate a variety of heat press machines, printers for sublimation and stickers, cutting
machines such as Silhouette Cameo. Heat pressed items can include but are not limited to:
DTF on apparel, Sublimation on Cups, HTV on hats.
? Complete stickers as needed, may include cold lamination, weeding vinyl, applying transfer
tape, or other processes.
? Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are completed accurately and up to quality
standards.
? Add finishing touches such as tags, stickers, or other processes.
? Prepare finished goods for pickup or shipment - may include sorting, folding, boxing, and
more.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
? Perform other functions as assigned.
