Tandem Care is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our growing team! We provide consistent work with a wide range of clients, including those with higher care needs. This role involves hands-on personal care, lifestyle support, and household assistance, ensuring that seniors receive the help they need to remain safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Provide medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.

Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.

Support clients with errands and transportation as needed.

Requirements :

Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California.

Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable vehicle to transport clients.

Must possess the physical fitness necessary to safely perform caregiving duties, including the ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Willing to provide care in varied environments and work with a diverse range of clients with varying needs.

Must own an iPhone or Android smartphone capable of downloading and comfortably using up to 3 apps for work-related tasks.

Salary : $18 - $20
