• Oversee catering operations
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs
• Order food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Maintain inventory levels and control costs
• Hold team accountable for meeting performance standards
• Interview, hire, and train staff
• Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers
