Analyst / Senior Analyst - Optimization & Reporting (hybrid)

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Optimization and Reporting position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our organization's success. Responsibilities include assisting and developing operational, clinical, and financial reports for cross functional teams, enhancing clarity and consistency in finance and analytics, and supporting the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using various analytical tools and data sets. This role requires versatility, allowing you to excel in both dynamic, entrepreneurial settings and corporate environments. Essential Skills

  • Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value-added work.
  • Elevate, simplify, and drive data and reporting within the organization.
  • Assist in managing applications for report generation and analysis tools. Leverage and identify existing and additional data sources / tools.
  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, partners, and advisors.
  • Assist in managing KPI's to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables to the organization.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their objectives, design and develop reports to measure KPIs and performance.
  • Ensure timely upwards reporting of issues and paths to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, internal analytics, presentation, and visualization.
  • Identify data related problems and solve issues with minimal direction.
  • Collaborate with product work groups to gather requirements, align reporting strategies, and deliver analytics solutions that address cross-functional needs and drive actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritizes work with limited supervision and be accustomed to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications :

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. (Masters Preferred)

Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience including 1-4 years within the healthcare industry
  • Experience with SQL and creating and developing new reports that can be used for analysis.
  • Experience with client relations / customer service
  • 2-5 years working with a Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau Preferred)
  • A self-starter who is also a team player with demonstrated abilities to collaborate effectively across the business.

  • World-class organizational skills, encompassing an extremely high attention to detail, a strong ownership-ethic, and intense focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience designing and building charts / dashboards / reports and advanced visualizations.
  • Business acumen - ability to understand key business drivers and work with leadership team to drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and visually communicate analysis outcomes.
  • Ability to reach consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytic & problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature
  • Ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization to provide thought leadership and guidance in the journey to create a data-driven leadership culture.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and work on various simultaneous initiatives and produce high quality work products on time.
