Essential Skills
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value-added work.
- Elevate, simplify, and drive data and reporting within the organization.
- Assist in managing applications for report generation and analysis tools. Leverage and identify existing and additional data sources / tools.
- Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, partners, and advisors.
- Assist in managing KPI's to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables to the organization.
- Work closely with business partners to understand their objectives, design and develop reports to measure KPIs and performance.
- Ensure timely upwards reporting of issues and paths to resolution.
- Develop and maintain enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, internal analytics, presentation, and visualization.
- Identify data related problems and solve issues with minimal direction.
- Collaborate with product work groups to gather requirements, align reporting strategies, and deliver analytics solutions that address cross-functional needs and drive actionable insights.
- Manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritizes work with limited supervision and be accustomed to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications :
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. (Masters Preferred)
