A recognized staffing & placement firm in Florida is currently seeking a highly motivated and personable professional to join their growing staff in Orlando as an Account Executive.
Responsibilities :
The Account Executive will be responsible for :
Developing a detailed territory plan, including specific account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
On-going pipeline development
Identifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each prospect
Creating and communicating the value of the company's and successfully engaging & winning with C-level decision makers
Successfully "quarterbacking a deal through the entire sales life cycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Consistently keeping CRM updated with accurate account / prospect status and other pertinent information
Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications :
1 year of related work experience
Bachelor's Degree
Computer and Tech savvy
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized Desired Skills :
Associate's and / or Bachelor's Degree
