Responsibilities :
- Establish and develop the Life Insurance Division.
- Manage and optimize the Licensing Department and Insurance Operations.
- Lead and coordinate product SMEs.
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners.
- Oversee operational processes and procedures for new products.
- Resolve operational incidents and manage risk.
- Participate in and execute strategies set forth by senior leadership.
