Responsibilities :
The Office Assistant will :
- Keep the office organized, clean and pantries stocked
- Order lunches for executives daily and team lunch weekly
- Greet guests upon entering
- Receive packages from FedEx and UPS
- Support the office with any clerical needs, when required
- File, scan, and answer phones in a professional manor
- Perform other duties, as needed
