Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members with daily tasks, meeting scheduling, and coordination of team activities.
- Analyze data from Power BI dashboards for Procure to Pay, Travel & Expenses, and Service Now.
- Assist with monthly metric reporting and internal project tasks as needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for team leads.
- Support the year-end close process for Procure to Pay activities.
- Resolve procurement issues with vendors through analytics and reporting.
- Maintain accurate master data and documentation.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while researching and resolving issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
