A top financial institution headquartered in McLean, VA is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join their team in a Hybrid capacity.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid: Minimum 10 days per month onsite
- Setting: Corporate Headquarters
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining accurate supplier records in iValua and PeopleSoft
- Reviewing supplier documentation for new supplier setups and compliance
- Ensuring timely updates and reviews of supplier records and documentation
- Serving as a liaison for internal teams and external suppliers during onboarding
- Supporting high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience in Vendor Onboarding, Procurement, and/or Data Management
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with iValua and/or PeopleSoft
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat (intermediate level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation (internal and external clients)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with iValua and/or PeopleSoft
