We are currently seeking a Vendor/Supplier Onboarding Specialist for a long term contracting position located in Vienna, VA. Candidates will work onsite 2-3 days a week.
We are looking for candidates with prior experience working with vendors/suppliers in the procurement industry. Candidates must have prior experience working with data and data entry, strong attention to detail, and solid experience with MS Excel and Adobe.
Candidates will be responsible for:
-Creating new supplier records and updating/maintaining vendor master data
-Conducting reviews of supplier documentation to aid in new supplier setups
-Maintaining updated supplier documents and reviews
Experience:
-Systems: iValua and PeopleSoft
-Software: Excel, Adobe (medium skill level)
-Customer Service Skills (Internal and External customer base)
-Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
-Attention to details (accuracy highly important)
-Comfortable working independently
-Fast Paced/high volume environment
