Supplier Onboarding Specialist / Vendor Onboarding Specialist
Location : Remote & Onsite Twice a week ( Vienna, VA )
Duration : Long term ongoing with no end date
Responsible for creating new supplier records and updating/maintaining vendor master data
-Conduct reviews of supplier documentation to aid in new supplier setups
-Maintain updated supplier documents and reviews
-Systems: iValua and PeopleSoft
-Software: Excel, Adobe (medium skill level)
-Customer Service Skills (Internal and External customer base)
-Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
-Attention to details (accuracy highly important)
-Comfortable working independently
