A leading financial institution is currently seeking a Records and Information Management (RIM) Technical Analyst, with experience in Litigation Support, to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with engineering teams and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance with records retention policies and legal hold requirements.

This is a Hybrid role requiring the qualified professional to be local to one of the following office locations :
Vienna, VA
Pensacola, FL
Winchester, VA
Responsibilities :
Collaborating with engineering teams to align technologies with records retention objectives
Providing technical support for developing functional requirements and maintaining technical solutions
Assisting with the planning, analysis, implementation, and maintenance of Records Management technology
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for Records and Information Management (RIM)
Supporting business units in resolving RIM-related issues and ensuring adherence to retention policies
Executing day-to-day activities related to legal hold processes, including identification, preservation, and release of information
Coordinating with legal and business units to manage legal hold notifications and system capabilities
Preparing documentation, including procedures, processes, and playbooks related to legal hold management
Compiling and analyzing data on legal hold preservation requirements for stakeholders and leadership
Supporting the evaluation and implementation of technologies for eDiscovery, legal hold, and RIM
Qualifications :
Proven experience in Records and Information Management (RIM) and Litigation Support
Knowledge of records retention policies and best practices
Experience with legal hold processes, eDiscovery, and preservation activities
Solid understanding of RIM-related technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Certifications in RIM, eDiscovery, or Information Governance
Experience with Compliance, Legal Operations, or Enterprise Content Management systems
