A New Jersey-based media organization is looking to add a new Project Manager/Product Manager to lead the evaluation and implementation of AI products that integrate with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Through the end of the year
- Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics platforms, to determine their suitability for integration with BI tools
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful deployment of AI products alongside BI tools
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial evaluation to full implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, IT, and data science, to align AI and BI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of implemented AI solutions integrated with BI tools, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and BI technology, recommending ongoing improvements and updates to AI strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Project Management and Product Management, particularly in the Technology or Media sectors
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in media and BI tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications
