Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the UKG Pro platform to support HR and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Pro.
- Stay updated with the latest UKG Pro features and best practices.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within UKG Pro as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on UKG Pro functionalities and reporting tools.
- Document system processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on UKG Pro.
- Strong proficiency in UKG Pro functionalities and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in UKG Pro is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Project management experience.
