The host is essentially the face of the restaurant. The customer service and energy the hosts provide the moment a guest walks through the doors can shape their entire experience here at TRBC.
Host Duties Include:
- Greeting the guests, the moment the enter the doors
- Answer phone call or in person reservations
- Handle general phone calls and transfers
- Answer guests’ questions pertaining to the restaurant and the menu
- Assist wait staff as needed
- Providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
- Ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
- Address any complaints to help resolve them
- Obtain knowledge of the beer, wine, and food menu
- Assist other individuals as needed
- Up-keep on the cleanliness of the restrooms and keep them stocked
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Serve Safe Certificate
