The Role: The HR Data Analyst will support Human Resources and related technology to optimize HR processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, project management, and process improvement, with hands-on experience in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1), or similar HCM systems, and HR-related software tools.

Areas of Responsibility:

HRIS Management:
· Optimize fields and functions in the system to improve efficiencies and generate information.
· Lead testing efforts for Electronic Software Updates (ESU's) and Vertex Payroll updates.
· Create and manage the promotion of User Defined Objects (UDOs) within E1.
· Responsible for other E1 system setups (Job Codes, Automatic Accounting Instructions).

Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Create and maintain HCM reports using ReportsNow (Data Access Studio).
· Gather data and file reports for required Federal Reporting (EEO-1 and CA Pay Data).
· Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, and workforce statistics.
· Establish data reporting and auditing to ensure data integrity.

Technical Support:
· Provide technical support for HR systems and add-on software; manage HCM tickets. Coordinate solutions, development, and testing with related parties.
· Research in Oracle Support to resolve system issues and find system enhancements.

Process Improvement:
· Understand and serve as the subject matter expert on HCM and related systems, and make recommendations to optimize systems to enhance HR processes.
· Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Security:
· Ensure HR systems comply with legal standards and data protection regulations. Implement security measures to protect sensitive employee information.

Project Management:
· Actively participate in or lead HR projects, such as system implementations, integrations, process changes, or improvements.

Training and Development:
· Develop training programs for HR Staff and employees on the use of HR systems.
· Create user guides through Opus and document them as work instructions.
· Assist with training of new HCM users for E1 Navigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, management information systems, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience supporting HRIS platforms in a complex organization.
