Role: Residential Engineer
Location: Clinton, IA
Job Description:
- 5 years’ experience in Control System design, configuration, and testing
- Experience with Novatech D3 (preferred)
- Certified DeltaV training (a plus)
- Knowledge of network design & troubleshooting (a plus)
- Experience with wireless networks (WIFI & Wi-HART) (a plus)
- Familiarity with OSI PI Historian (a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Delta Experience is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EHS & safety regulations
- Collaborate with Engineers on P&IDs, Process Descriptions, Equipment & IO lists, Alarms, HMI, Interlock & Permissive requirements
- Conduct field investigations to align P&IDs, IO lists, and Narratives
- Cross-reference field wire tags with D3 code for accurate device tagging
- Assist with Instrument Layouts & General Arrangement (GR) drawings
- Identify decommissioned/broken instrumentation and document findings
- Ensure proper instrument tagging for loop checks
- Assist with loop checks, FAT testing, and commissioning support
