The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Key Account Manager to join our growing North American team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value retail partners while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with our brand’s strategic goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands how to build strong, lasting partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service, drive growth, and continue to raise the bar in the retail lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key retail accounts across the U.S.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, delivering top-tier service and long-term value.
• Collaborate with buyers on seasonal assortments, merchandising strategies, and sell-through planning.
• Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets within your account base.
New Business Development
• Identify and pursue new opportunities that align with our product offering and market position.
• Research, prospect, and pitch to potential accounts to expand our reach across new regions or channels.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and account meetings to drive visibility and new business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing, and design) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, marketing support, and brand consistency.
• Communicate market feedback and insights to help shape future product and sales strategies.
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting through CRM and internal reporting tools.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and proactively manage opportunities and risks.
About You
• This is a in-office position based in our Vista, CA HQ.
• Willing and able to travel domestically as needed (up to 30–40%).
• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales or account management within the lifestyle, apparel, or accessories industries.
• Proven success in growing key accounts and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms and B2B portals is a plus.
