- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations as needed.
- Ensure that all guests receive their orders promptly and that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Manage time effectively, balancing multiple tables and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to strict food handling and safety standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management to continuously improve service.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
