What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at Tanner Group Real Estate?
You will be working directly with Jesse Tanner/ Broker of an established Real Estate company. You will also be assisting the agents on the team and combined we have been in the business a total of 35 plus years. The Agency is an Alaskan boutique real estate brokerage known for it's incredible personal service and family-like culture, as well as it's extraordinary reputation for success in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor incoming emails
- Update team calendar
- Assist through the entire listing and escrow process (photography, marketing, open houses, contractor coordination, inspections, entry into the MLS, etc)
- All types of office details as needed
- Database entry and management
- Preparation for listing appointments (listing presentation, CMA reports, etc)
- General Office Items (Catering to client needs, answering phones and emails, ordering supplies)
- Collaborating with Marketing team in creating marketing materials
- Draft offers, listing agreements, etc.
- Provide Direct support of additional team members
- Must be able to work independently in the office
Requirements:
- Must have valid AK driver's license
- Undergrad/college experience preferred
- Full-time in person
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ideally is familiar with Docusign, Zipforms, Excel, word and the MLS
- Ideally is familiar with database management and CRM Software.
- Ideally is familiar with the Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator.
- Able to work autonomously and complete job responsibilities daily
- Strong organizational skills.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and work well in high pressure situations.
- Summary: As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our real estate team. Reporting to the broker, your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your core skills in communication and sales will enhance client interactions, while your proficiency in tools like our CRM, various office products and various marketing platforms will aid in effective database management and marketing efforts. With a strong foundation in customer centered care and organizational skills, you will contribute significantly to our team's success as we continue to grow.

Pay: $22.62 - $24.00 per hour
