Tanque Verde Flea Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance and janitorial operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, vendors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the grounds and janitorial crews; manage scheduling and timekeeping.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance and cleaning tasks are completed to company standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety and health risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Complete and submit accident reports per regulatory requirements.
- Train team members on safety and cleaning procedures; enforce compliance through regular evaluations and corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage the repair and safe operation of tools, equipment, and facility systems.
- Oversee minor maintenance and repairs, including refrigeration, HVAC units, concession equipment, food carts, and restrooms.
- Collaborate daily with the Operations Manager and General Manager to align on goals and priorities.
- Lead by example by performing hands-on maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility or grounds maintenance supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance standards
- Comfortable operating tools, machinery, and company vehicles (including golf carts)
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
