The Client is looking for a Project Manager II.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience :
- PM experience in software department or team at least 3 years
- Experience working with vendors on software selection at least 3 years
- Strong planning abilities related to projects at least 5 years
Nice to Have Skills :
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with Scrum is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience leading, directing, mentoring and influencing teams.
License and / or Certificates Required
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Interview Process : Remote via Teams
Duration of the Contract : 6 / 30 / 2025 with potential for extension
Onsite or Remote : Candidates must be CURRENT Wisconsin residents. No relocation is allowed. The selected hire will need to be onsite for the first week for training. After that, they will need to come onsite at least 2 days each week.
Project details : This role provides direction and leadership to project teams; is responsible for project initiation and planning activities; monitoring project schedules, progress, and resources; communicating with project stakeholders, management, or other relevant parties; and project closure deliverables.
Pay range : $46 to $52 per hour on W2.
