Key Duties:
- Answer and redirect phone calls, texts, and emails to the relevant staff members
- Greet visitors and assist with their needs and inquiries
- Convert inquiries into leads using our CRM program
- Collaborate with clients and delegate issues to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain a schedule
- Digital content creation and scheduling
- Graphic design and SEO optimization
- Managing business profiles, website, blog and social media
- Manage office paperwork, both physical and digital, including filing and organization
- Maintain office supplies, marketing materials, office equipment, and address any simple technical issues
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates initiative, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Experience and passion for content creation and marketing
- Understanding social media management
- Previous experience answering phone calls as an office administrator, call center representative, customer service or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and self-sufficient, able to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other office management tools and applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literacy, with the ability to use company-supported programs (training will be provided on CRM)
- Ability to multitask and effectively communicate on the phone while entering data on a computer

1. Estimated Annual Commission: $38,000 - $46,000 based on performance.
