Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to enhance service skills.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
