ABOUT THE JOB :
The Marketing Operations Lead will play a key role in optimizing, managing, and scaling our marketing operations processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role will focus on marketing automation, lead management, attribution, and data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and experienced in managing and integrating marketing technology platforms, with a passion for optimizing campaigns, improving attribution models, and driving marketing efficiency.
What You’ll Do :
- Own & Optimize the Marketing Tech Stack – Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and data flow to support marketing efficiency and measurement.
- Marketing Platform Administration & Enablement – Oversee and optimize HubSpot and other martech related tools, ensuring they are aligned with business needs.
- Lead Management & Scoring – Implement and refine lead, contact, and account management processes, including lead scoring models to enhance conversion rates.
- Marketing Attribution & Reporting – Develop and manage multi-touch attribution models to provide insights into early pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue growth.
- Campaign Management & Optimization – Support campaign tracking, automation workflows, and continuous process improvements to enhance marketing performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals and business growth.
- Data-Driven Insights – Analyze marketing and revenue performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Scalability & Process Improvement – Develop and implement best-in-class marketing operations processes, ensuring efficiency as the company scales.
- Stay Ahead of Martech Trends – Continuously evaluate and implement the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
