As the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will take the helm of our dedicated marketing operations team, spearheading the optimization of our marketing technology stack to drive pipeline growth and enhance overall marketing performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing marketing operations team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Strategically assess and refine tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, LeanData, Pursuit, and 6sense to maximize efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
- Develop frameworks for maintaining and optimizing prospect data, ensuring seamless automation and lead flow between marketing and sales teams.
- Act as a vital liaison between Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to align objectives and achieve measurable results.
- Establish and uphold rigorous data management practices, ensuring database integrity and educating teams on best practices.
- Produce comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of best practices in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead routing, and sales qualification methodologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies within marketing operations and implement enhancements to drive operational excellence.
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven competence in leading and motivating teams, building strong relationships, and managing cross-functional priorities effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a keen eye for technology and process optimization.
- Proficient in using Pardot, Salesforce, and other marketing technology tools; familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach, adept at converting metrics into strategic initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
