Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a minimum of 1-5 years of continuous insurance sales experience to drive results.
  • Engage in cold calling and outbound sales efforts to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business and strategically cross-sell to current clientele.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads from diverse sources.
  • Maintain high retention rates through exemplary customer service.
  • Provide customized insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and training programs.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies as needed.
  • Offer continuous coaching and support to team members to foster success.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify fresh market opportunities to broaden the business scope.
  • Ensure elevated customer satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and reports to leadership.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a Sales Lead role or a comparable position.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales expertise.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
