- Collaborate closely with the Agency Owner and team to define and track sales objectives.
- Foster business expansion by onboarding new clients and effectively cross-selling to existing ones.
- Sustain high client retention rates while nurturing long-term relationships.
- Assist clients in identifying the insurance products that best suit their requirements.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed collective sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales techniques and training initiatives.
