Description:
We are looking for a Lead HR Generalist to help us build our work team. Our team is looking for a high energy individual, with a special focus on interviewing and selecting culturally beneficial candidates to bring on as team members. Our Lead HR Generalist will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource functions including staffing, recruitment, retention, policy development, and HR compliance.
Requirements:
- A self-driven individual with a desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Time-management capabilities
- Willing to drive to all office locations (Kennesaw, Cartersville, Calhoun, Ringgold, Blue Ridge, Flowery Branch)
- Computer skills (EMR, Outlook 365, HRIS software and familiarity with health care applications)
- Skilled in public speaking, and able to lead a group orientation
- Manages onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensure legal compliance with all policies and regulations including but not limited to, accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, workers compensation, and FMLA throughout human resource management
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues
- Provides staff direction in matters of personnel policy and human resource issues
- Responsible for recruiting and interviewing employment candidates
- Conducts Exit Interviews and ensures that all Tapestry Hospice property is returned
- Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication while critically thinking
